About Kyla Smith:
Coming from a musical background,Kyla has been singing in various choirs since the age of 9. She has a passion for pop and musical theatre as well as Disney music. In 2010, she received her DEC in Classical voice from Vanier College and graduated with the Noël Spinelli Vocal Scholarship Award. Since her graduation, she has been teaching theory and ear training, classical/Broadway and Pop voice techniques. Kyla’s teaching goals are to help her students connect with their own unique voice, build confidence, versatility and strength as a singer, and create beautiful music in a relaxed, yet engaging environment. Her passion for music theory will help guarantee that her students not only groom their singing skills, but become better musicians overall.
